Random Dot E Stereo Test
The Random Dot E Stereo Test is designed specifically for use with small children and includes raised
E target, non-stereo target, demonstrator and stereo glasses. The patient is asked to distinguish between the raised E and the non-stereo target, whilst wearing stereo glasses to prevent guessing. The patient is also asked to identify the non-stereo dot or target. This helps to detect problems such as Amblyopia and Strabismus in child patients.
