This modern style illuminated test type is extremely flat - a mere 5cm thick – and is wall-mounted. The unit is Switch Controlled.

The distance tests comprise: Snellen Chart, Douchrome, Separate Spot. The followiong overlays are supplied in a neat wallet: Concentric Circles, Landolt C (x2), Kay Pictures (x4), extra Snellen Test (x4), Motorist and FRIEND.
